We want you to be completely happy with your purchase 💙. Since all items are made especially for you, we unfortunately cannot always offer refunds. In some cases, however, we’ll gladly arrange an exchange or provide store credit for a future order.

✅ When you can request an exchange or refund


– Size change: Ordered the wrong size? No worries 😉 An exchange is possible only once, and the request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product. The first exchange is free.
– Wrong item received: If you got the wrong product, just send us a photo and we’ll fix it quickly.
– Package lost in transit: If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe (including extra days for possible delays), contact us – we’ll send you a replacement.
– Damaged item: All items go through multiple quality checks, but accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged, you must send us a photo of the product within 14 days. We’ll then send you a replacement free of charge (you don’t need to return the damaged piece).

❌ When returns are not possible


– If you simply change your mind (all items are made to order, just for you).
– If the item has been worn, washed, or altered.
– If more than 14 days have passed since delivery.
– If you request a different style or print (exchanges are for size only).
– For swimwear, underwear, or items marked as Final Sale.
– If you refuse the delivery, the refund will not include the full amount – the shipping cost will be deducted.

ℹ️ Important notes


– Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (unless the issue is our mistake).
– Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
– All returns and exchanges must be approved by our team beforehand – please fill out the Return request form return request form and include a photo where required.
